These Terms of Service govern your use of the WestShade website and any purchases made through it. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Jurisdiction WestShade operates in Canada. All transactions are in Canadian dollars and subject to applicable Canadian federal and provincial laws.

Products All window coverings sold through WestShade are custom-made to order. Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting conditions. We recommend requesting samples before ordering.

Consultations Consultation bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule with reasonable notice.

Pricing All prices are in CAD and include applicable taxes where required. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

Limitation of Liability WestShade's liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes to These Terms We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
