REFUND POLICY

At WestShade, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Custom & Made-to-Measure Products All blinds and window coverings are custom-made to your exact specifications. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on custom orders once production has begun, except in cases of manufacturing defect or error on our part.

Defects & Errors If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or does not match the specifications confirmed at the time of order, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will remake or repair the affected items at no charge.

Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations are not accepted as production will have commenced.
